Is There Still Hope For Sonny And Nina?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been together for quite a while and so it was quite a shock when their relationship ended so quickly and with little fanfare.

It’s still not exactly clear when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) started tampering with Sonny’s bi-polar medication, but that may have played a part in Sonny’s quick decision to divorce his hew wife. Nina made a mistake for sure, but was it really enough for Sonny to just give up on their relationship?

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Almost Sent Carly Spencer To Prison!

Months ago, Nina anonymously notified the SEC that Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) engaged in insider trading

Carly knew that Aurora Medica and ELQ were about to announce a merger so she bought a large portion of Aurora stock, even selling her half of the Metro Court to fund it.

But the merger never happened, so Carly lost her fortune as well her stake in the hotel. Drew had it worse as he spent several months in prison.

All Nina did though was report a crime that was actually committed. Sonny’s reaction may have been a little over the top, especially if his medication was already being tampered with.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Has Romantic Options

Sonny is currently showing an interest in Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue). But as Sonny’s behavior becomes more and more erratic thanks to Valentin, Natalia may begin to back off.

Especially if her daughter, Allison Rogers aka Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) tells her about Sonny’s attack on Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

Of course, if Ava Jerome (Maura West) has her way, Sonny will soon be in her bed. But honestly, Sonny won’t be interested in Ava as soon as his medication is corrected. In fact, he may realize he made a huge mistake by letting Nina go.

General Hospital Spoilers – Does Nina Reeves Still Want Sonny Corinthos?

Nina was desperately in love with Sonny. But she finally accepted the end of her marriage and has started a sexual relationship with Drew of all people.

She’s also began to make peace with her estranged daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Nina’s eyes finally been opened up to Sonny’s true nature and she may realize that the man she thought she loved doesn’t really exist.

The question is whether she would be willing to try again now that some of Sonny’s darker impulses have come to light, medication or no medication.
