Will The 30-Day Wait Lure An Anxious Alexis Back To The Bar And Into Finn’s Bed?

General Hospital spoilers claim Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in for a turbulent ride up ahead as she navigates what her life might look like after the board reports back on their decision.

Will she regain her right to practice law again? Perhaps, but it may still come at a hefty cost.

Nonetheless, Alexis is a glass-half-empty kind of gal. We expect that she will be a bit of a nervous wreck over the next thirty days as she awaits the board’s decision.

Over-analyzing her own arguments and those against her just might eat her alive and leave her reaching for some way — any way — to cope.

But as she hopes the bar will reinstate her, will she also find herself entertaining a different kind of bar with her old friend, the fellow addict Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton)?

General Hospital Spoilers — Too Much Time On Her Hands

Alexis still has her job at The Invader, much to her dismay. She loathes working for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) now under his new rules that were put into place by Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and she doesn’t like the direction he’s taken the new rags by going backward toward being a tabloid publication.

Without much else to fill her time outside the new job, we could see her leaning on her friend Finn for support — and vice versa.

The hearing before the board was difficult enough for Alexis to get through — although the hearing itself seemed to be something she could manage better than the days leading up to it.

That’s what worries us. With thirty days of silence ahead, will Alxis dig herself into a hole she can’t get out of?

GH Spoilers – Hint Gregory Chase’s Death Hits Hard

Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) death is only going to compound the grief and anxiety Alexis is currently experiencing. On one hand, she’s hoping for a bright future as an attorney alongside Diane Miller (Carolyn Miller).

On the other, she’s expecting the worst — a life sentence of never practicing law again. It was easier to hang onto hope when there was some. In the wake of Gregory’s death, Alexis may find herself reaching for a similar level of comfort and support that Finn did — a bottle.

General Hospital Spoilers — Misery Loves Company

Since he fell off the wagon, Finn has not had anyone of her caliber around. By that, we mean, everyone around him is only seemingly casting judgment instead of compassion, because they don’t know his struggle. These two are peas in a pod when they’re sober.

It makes sense that they might both cave to the pressures and pain around them and try to cope in unhealthy ways — leaning on each other for validation when no one else will give it to them.

Will Finn and Alexis find themselves in a whirlwind repeat of that infamous night after the mayoral election when they wound up side-by-side on barstools — and then side-by-side in bed the next morning? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out!

John Charlesworth’s son found a handwritten note where the Yorkshire farmer had jotted down his ideas for how best to leave the farm to his children. The musings, left on a clipboard immediately beneath a suicide note, included questions for the family’s solicitor covering costs, capital gains tax, protected agricultural exemptions and what gifted assets could be sheltered from inheritance tax under the seven-year rule.

The vice president finally called the president-elect just before 2pm Eastern Time on Wednesday and told him about the importance of the ‘peaceful transfer of power’. As it stands, the vice president is on track to do worse than Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential election. She could even be on pace to have the worst Electoral College result of any Democrat since the 1988 race.

Cricket legend Sir Ian Botham has revealed he was saved by his fellow great Merv Hughes when he took a painful fall into crocodile-infested waters in Australia’s wild tropical north last week. ‘Beefy’ Botham, 68, was on a four-day fishing trip with his former Ashes opponent when disaster almost struck as he tripped and took a tumble that left him with severe bruising – and put him at risk of an attack by a saltwater croc. ‘At the end of the day, Crocodile Beefy survived,’ the former all-rounder said, mixing his nickname with a reference to the hit Australian film Crocodile Dundee.

Donald Trump has pulled off an astounding political comeback and regained the White House after being declared the winner of the 2024 U.S. presidential election. He becomes the first president in over 130 years – and only the second in history – to win a non-consecutive second term. His defeat of Vice President Kamala Harris marks a remarkable return for a twice-impeached president, who left office in 2021 on the back of claims that he had incited an assault on the U.S. Capitol building, and who was convicted earlier this year on multiple counts of business fraud.
