The actress and musician, who is 49 years old but looks much younger, showed off her toned abs in an Instagram post over the weekend. Despite her busy schedule, Lopez managed to fit in both a rigorous gym session and a rehearsal for her upcoming 32-show tour in the same day, showcasing her impressive endurance.

In the snapshot, JLo can be seen gazing intently into the camera while wearing a simple white sports bra that showcases her well-toned arms and chiseled midsection. The stunning celebrity paired her top with pink and purple leggings, which feature small dots all over them. Completing her sporty look is a pair of white and gray Nike trainers. Jennifer’s hair was pulled back into a tight bun, allowing her sparkling earrings to take the spotlight.

JLo flaunted her strong physique by sporting a plain white sports bra that showcased her toned arms and sculpted abdomen.

To prepare for her upcoming tour, Jennifer Lopez shared a picture of herself in form-fitting pink and purple leggings that accentuated her pert derriere. Along with the gym selfie, she posted a video of her workout routine in which she focused on strengthening her arms and core. Harper’s Bazaar compiled a list of tips shared by JLo about her diet and exercise routine, which includes staying hydrated with lots of water, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, and eating salads and lean proteins like fish for lunch. For dinner, she indulges in chicken or pork with plenty of vegetables and water.

In a recent interview with Hollywood Life, she advised working out in the morning, as it can be more challenging to find the motivation later in the day when other tasks and responsibilities have already piled up.
