Beyonce and Jay-Z look like the King and Queen of Hollywood! She stuns in a strapless gown and he is 007 handsome in a tux jacket at the Oscars

Beyonce made quite the impression as she opened the Oscars with her riveting performance of Be Alive from the movie King Richard.

But the 40-year-old singer also delivered on the carpet as she wore a strapless neon green Valentino gown with long diamond earrings. Her husband Jay-Z looked very 007 in his cream colored tux jacket with a black tie and white shirt.

The images were posted by Beyonce on her Instagram account well past midnight after they hung out with Rihanna, Saweetie, Kim Kardashian and Diddy at their annual Gold Party at the Chateau Marmont.

Beyonce’s gown was curve-hugging as it came in at the waist and had a slight mermaid finish while in went to the floor.

She added long sleeves that doubled as a dramatic cap with a train. Long gloves added even more drama to the show-stopping look.

The star also held on to a tennis ball purse while wearing green platform heels.

The Austin Powers actress pulled her highlighted hair back and wore long diamond earrings.

Jay went with a cream colored tux jacket, adding black slacks and black dress shoes.

The power couple were not seen on the carpet before the event.

But later, after the event, images of them on the red carpet and by a white backdrop appeared on social media thanks to Beyonce.

On the Maison Valentino Instagram page it was explained, ‘@beyonce chose to wear a custom #ValentinoHauteCouture yellow cape and dress to this year’s #Oscars, designed for her by @pppiccioli and styled by @marnixmarni.’

There was also a photo of Bey and Jay with Perry who also had on Valentino.

Rihanna, Saweetie, Kim Kardashian and Diddy were there as were Winnie Harlow, Jon Hamm, Khloe Kardashian, French Montana, Zoe Kravitz and Troy Kotsur.

The singer’s daughter, 10-year-old Blue Ivy, was also spotted with her mother.

She was wearing sunglasses and kneeling front and center in front of Beyonce for part of the performance.

The video package began with a number of young men and women in lime green as they walked up to the courts.

Beyonce herself was rocking a lime green  gown with matching lime green short shorts and matching heels.

She accessorized with sparkling diamond earrings while her backup dancers rocked matching crop tops and dresses.

During the performance she gave a shout-out to the City of Compton, where the Williams sisters grew up.

The singer’s performance was the first of four performances on Oscar Sunday, with Billie Eilish performing her title song from the James Bond film No Time to Die, Reba McEntire performing Somehow You Do from Four Good Days and Sebastian Yatra performing Dos Oruguitas from Encanto.

The fifth nominee, Van Morrison, was unable to perform Down to Joy from Belfast, due to his touring schedule.
