In a new digital short for Aveeno’s The Beauty of Nature series, Jennifer Aniston serves as the narrator while also discussing the topics of beauty and aging. Aniston, who is 45 years old and a representative for the brand, expresses her comfort with being associated with her age.

When speaking with WWD, Jennifer emphasized the importance of mentioning one’s age, which is often overlooked when it comes to men. She noted that people in their 40s today are much healthier than those same individuals would have been 30 years ago. This is due in large part to increased knowledge surrounding proper nutrition and skin care. Whereas in the past people were unaware of what foods were healthy and how to properly care for their skin, now we have access to a wealth of information on these topics. As a result, we are able to make more informed decisions about our diets and skincare routines.
