Lizzo appeared in great spirits as she enjoyed a night out with pals in Los Angeles on Friday, after breaking down in tears over hateful comments from trolls.
The singer looked edgy in a ripped black T-shirt with her body emblazoned on the front and fringed leather pants, as she arrived at H๏τspot Catch in West Hollywood.
Last Sunday, Lizzo, 33, took to Instagram Live to express her anguish over ‘fat-shaming and racist’ reactions in response to Rumors, her collaboration with Cardi B.
Lizzo’s T-shirt featured a graphic of herself posing topless in just black scanty briefs, alongside the text ‘enuff to feed the needy’.
She teamed the statement fringed pants with white heels, large silver hoop earrings, rings on her fingers and a black clutch with a chained adornment.
Her curly locks were styled out and her makeup was glamorous, consisting of false lashes, winged eyeliner and a glossy ɴuᴅᴇ lipstick.
Last Sunday, Lizzo took to Instagram Live to express her anguish over ‘fat-shaming and racist’ reactions in response to Rumors, her collaboration with Cardi B.
‘People say s*** about me that doesn’t even make sense,’ she said in the candid social media clip, in which she used a tissue to wipe away her tears.
‘It’s fat-phobic, it’s racist and it’s hurtful – if you don’t like my music, cool, if you don’t like Rumors the song, cool, but a lot of people don’t like me because of the way I look.’
Lizzo said she feels the loving energy she tries to put out isn’t reciprocated.
