Statements by Tinesha Mahomes cause a revolution among Kansas City Chiefs fans

Some attack her, and others support her after statements against Brett Veach.

Tinesha Mahomes vs. Brett Veach.

It must be admitted, the Kansas City Chiefs are not in their best moment. With the offense going through a productivity crisis, any spark is enough to start a fire among the team’s fan base, and worse if that spark comes from quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ family.

To the controversial life of his brother Jackson, who just last weekend was seen in the middle of one of his usual nights out, this week was added the hurricane unleashed by Tinesha Mahomes, sister of Pat Mahomes, father of the Chiefs’ signal-caller.

In a video posted on social media, Tinesha focused her attention on the team’s general manager, Brett Veach, whom she blamed for the poor performance of the team’s passing offense, especially the receivers.

“I still say a lot of this is on Veach. It’s on him. He isn’t on the field, but he damn sure could have gone and got some help. Stevie Wonder could have seen that this was a problem,”Tinesha alleged after the Monday Night game in which Kansas City lost 17-21 to the Philadelphia Eagles.

During the game, receivers Marquez Valdez-Scantling and Justin Watson dropped almost perfect passes from Mahomes, which led to the team’s defeat, and Tinesha did not forgive: “Those same receivers dropping balls left and right. And Pat is out there looking a little crazy himself.”

Chiefs fan base on the attack

The pointing finger of Tinesha, who blamed Veach’s excess ego for the team’s problems, did not go unnoticed by the fans, who immediately took on the task of responding to her on X, formerly Twitter.

Among the more moderate fans, @DarthKansasCity commented: “Well, in the age of the salary cap, you have to make decisions. This team had Tyreek Hill, peak Kelce and lost in the AFCCG to the Bungles (Bengals). That said, she is 100% right that Veach neglected the WR position; Reid didn’t get a SERIOUS WR coach and here we are.”

But others, like @Rander91, went straight for Tinesha’s neck: “Don’t know how Patrick stays sane with such a weirdo’ish clown family” or like @FLCL_KC, who simply said “Trying to cash that last name.”

Although there was no shortage of people who agreed with her, like @himbirty, who said “Music to my ear. Yes, Veach must go. I’ve been calling it since Tyreek/Mathieu trade & Chris Jones contract. Players in the locker room have called out Veach’s ego as obstreperous. We have a good team today; Veach is disrupting the team’s great dynasty trajectory.”

Hunting for a postseason ticket

The next few weeks will be crucial in the Chiefs’ aspirations to return to the Super Bowl, with three of their last seven games being on the road, including a difficult visit to the Los Angeles Chargers.

For this reason, they will have to take advantage of their home games, although the visits of the Buffalo Bills, Las Vegas Raiders, and Cincinnati Bengals look complicated on paper.

Their 7-3 record has them in first place in the mediocre AFC West Division, but the Chiefs still need to improve their standing to have home-field advantage in the postseason.

Right now, that achievement is out of reach, as they are third in the American Conference behind the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens, both with a record of 8-3.

Putin’s new missile leaves the whole of Europe minutes from Armageddon: Hypersonic weapon used in Ukraine ‘could hit London in 20 minutes’ and strike anywhere in Europe with multiple nuclear warheads

Vladimir Putin’s experimental hypersonic rocket unleashed on Ukraine for the first time yesterday could strike any city in Europe in under 20 minutes, it is feared. Ukraine’s air force raised the alarm early Thursday morning that Russia’s forces had deployed an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) as security cameras captured the moment multiple warheads rained down over the city of Dnipro. Putin later revealed the strike was conducted by the ‘Oreshnik’ – a never-before-seen intermediate-range ballistic missile (IBRM) – in response to Ukraine’s use of UK-supplied Storm Shadow rockets to hit targets in Russia’s Kursk region.
