Khloe posed in a small red bikini that was bedazzled with glitter. The star paired the look with an unbuttoned shirt over her shoulders.

The Good American founder stood in her home and leant on a surface to show off her toned figure.

Her blond locks were cut short and she wore a full face of glam makeup as she pouted at the camera.

The original selfie sparked concern with the reality star’s weight loss and now the selfie has resurfaced on a social media forum.

Fans noticed Khloe’s belly button looked different and flooded comments with critique.

The original thread included several photos of Khloe and was titled: “Someone said Khloe has the typical BBL stomach and I can’t unsee it.”

One fan agreed and suggested the star has had cosmetic surgery: “BBL belly = lipo belly. She obv has one.”

Her prominent cheekbones accentuated her enlarged lips.

The mother of two recently caught flak for her drastically different look.

On an Instagram post, critics noticed differences on her face. Fans in an online chat room pointed out the differences, calling them unnecessary.

“She wasn’t ugly. She looked normal, nice. Now her face is scary,” one person commented.

Another added: “I forgot she had a gummy smile. So does veneers make it change or Botox or is there a special surgery for it?”
