Aaron Rodgers celebrates his 40th birthday with Jets teammates and Hollywood star Miles Teller at private members’ club Zero Bond after watching his team lose to the Falcons earlier in the day

Even with the sour mood of a loss hanging over them, the New York Jets still turned out to party it up with their injured franchise quarterback – Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers was confined to the sidelines as he keeps recovering from a torn Achilles tendon with the fading hopes of a return this season.

But on Sunday night, he celebrated turning the age of 40 with a number of friends, teammates from both past and present, and their partners at Zero Bond, a members-only club in New York City.

Among the attendees were Jets wideout Randall Cobb and his wife Aiyda, Jets fullback Nick Bawden and his wife Alexis, and Jets TE CJ Uzomah plus his partner Yasmin Quintana.

Actor Miles Teller – a friend of Rodgers’ – was also in attendance at the party with his wife, Keleigh Sperry.

Also in attendance was Frankie Bakhtiari – the wife of David Bakhtiari, who played on Rodgers’ offensive line in Green Bay.

Bakhtiari was playing against the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football and did not make it to the game.

Attendees posted multiple pictures throughout the night – including one of Rodgers’ initials projected in light onto the floor plus a picture of the QB as a centaur.

Earlier that day, Rodgers was patrolling the Jets sideline to aid with coaching duties during a rainy 13-8 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Rodgers may have returned to practice last week, but the QB has stated he’s working to come back especially if the Jets make the playoffs.

While they aren’t statistically eliminated just yet, the likelihood of them finding a way to improve their 4-8 record while suffering from poor quarterback play does not inspire confidence.

Rodgers returned to practice Wednesday, when the Jets opened his 21-day practice window exactly 11 weeks after he had surgery repair a torn left Achilles he suffered in the the season opener.
