Fans have praised Kylie for not covering it, and she has previously revealed it was down to a childhood accident with her sister Kendall.

She got hurt while the pair were playing hide and seek together.

Back in 2011, Kylie told Celebuzz: “When I was about 5 my sister [Kendall] and I were playing hide and seek and I hid inside this really tall, enclosed gate.

“After a while when my sister didn’t find me I had to climb up on this sharp pole sticking out from the gate. I slipped and the pole went into my leg.

“I tried pulling away to get the pole out but it just tore through my whole leg. It’s smaller now though because I grew!”

Back in 2015, she posted a picture of the mark on her leg and wrote: “I love my scar”.

During the chat with GQ, she didn’t mention her scar but she did lift the lid on her romance with the rapper, who’s the father of her baby daughter Stormi.

Kylie said they met at Coachella, and admits Travis “isn’t really cool” with all the attention he gets from dating a member of the Karashian family.

She said: “I don’t think he’s really cool with it, but he deals with it, because we love each other and we have a family.

“For sure, I know he doesn’t like the attention.

“That’s why we just go the extra mile to keep our relationship super private.”
